Jacana gets a new office

We just moved into a house, and I now have an office! I am SO excited to have the room to help Jacana grow!

Ask Jeeves knows ME!!!

So part of having a website is knowing how successful it is being, are people seeing it, etc. Today as we reviewed the program that tracks it, I noticed that one of the search engines that someone used to find us was Ask Jeeves. I didn't even know Jeeves was still alive, it was fun to realize that Jeeves knows me.

Mixing two popular designs has created something wonderful. It is always fun to hit upon something fun to paint that little girls love.

Change is a good thing

I love being able to change things. After painting white unicorns with pink hair all day, I decided it was time for a pink unicorn with white hair. What do you think?

Coolest Kid Ever!

I love painting on artists, it can be intimidating though. This guys climbed into my chair and starts explaining how he wants a dinosaur- T-rex, not a dragon- he wants it to look mean, and come up over his eye, then he wants it to taper into a tattoo looking design. Sometimes I start to feel like I want to just turn over my brush, but I felt up to this challenge. The fun part of painting on people, is that their personality is 1/2 the life of the design.
